Information Technology Specialist
Full Time/On-site
SUMMARY: This position helps maintain and support all IT software and services throughout all branch locations. Assists Managed Services as needed to keep all servers running, updated and in compliance with UBank requisites. Assist all bank employees as needed to keep all computers running efficiently and other duties as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client/server environment.
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computer equipment and software.
- Assists in upgrades on systems to ensure longevity of equipment.
- Assists with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
- Assists when needed with writing procedures and policies in order to help meet FDIC regulations/requirements.
- Manages the distribution and retention of data on various storage devices.
- Implement appropriate security measures consistent with confidentiality requirements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL beneficial.
- Manage the secure destruction of used equipment.
- Assists with day-to-day IT tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree in information technology field preferred but can be substituted by work experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair PC and software errors.
- Must have experience with Windows 10 Professional and other Microsoft Operating systems.
- Must have relevant Windows Server experience.
- Must be willing to further education through training classes and/or seminars.
- Must be able to work under demanding time constraints.
- Must have good people skills.
- Prior experience with a community bank preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as analytic and problem-solving skills.
