If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and requests with enthusiasm and professionalism</li><li>Enter data accurately into computer systems, maintaining up-to-date customer records and transaction logs utilizing Sage, SPS Commerse and Excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Pulling selected products per order and completing the shipping process via World Wide Express system and invoicing</li><li>Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by actively listening, empathizing, and providing clear guidance on various issues</li><li>Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently</li><li>Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery</li><li>Monitor and control inventory levels in the regional office and consignment locations</li><li>Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by the office manager</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent computer skills with experience in data entry systems (Sage), SPS Commerce, Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism</li><li>Demonstrated phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively</li><li>Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly</li></ul>Join us as a Senior Customer Service Representative and become a vital part of a vibrant team committed to delivering top-tier support!
