Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Enter data accurately into computer systems, maintaining up-to-date customer records and transaction logs utilizing Sage, SPS Commerse and Excel spreadsheets.
• Pulling selected products per order and completing the shipping process via World Wide Express system and invoicing
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by actively listening, empathizing, and providing clear guidance on various issues
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery
• Monitor and control inventory levels in the regional office and consignment locations
• Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by the office manager

Skills

• Excellent computer skills with experience in data entry systems (Sage), SPS Commerce, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
• Demonstrated phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly
