 Summary:
 
 This position is responsible to primarily mobilize CASA deposit and to manage liability portfolio to boost business of the branch &amp; achieve expected/given targets and level of growth in all key result areas and ensure constant improvement in liability portfolio.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Demonstrate strong ability to lead the team to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, and leveraging our existing network to generate New to Bank leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, develop and manage a team of Relationship managers managing SME&rsquo;s &amp; High Net Worth premier clients to ensure achievement of the business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain an environment the team maximizes performances in achieving overall objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform continuous team's portfolio analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed, meticulous and precise in identifying opportunities and gaps and ability to craft out quick business strategies to achieve business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and act on sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to coach team and achieve the business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to constantly inspect what we expect on team's deliverables on regular basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fulfilling clients necessitates while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metric.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use the principles and guidelines in the operating model to ensure customer needs are identified and where appropriate use the support provided by specialists.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive a high-performance culture through robust objective setting, performance reviews and action to address poor performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with local regulatory requirements.
 </li>

 Required Knowledge &amp; Skill set
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 6-8 years proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Evidence of strong sales results in corporate &amp; branch banking retail
 </li>
 <li>
 Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear view on how to work with Branch Banking, Compliance, Credit &amp; Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to communicate well in Arabic &amp; English
 </li>
 </ul>
