We offer a professional and well structured work environment that supports collaboration between engineering, operations, and project teams.Project Impact You will work on high value infrastructure and development projects that directly contribute to regional growth and modernization.Leadership Exposure You will collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders, giving you visibility and influence in key project decisions.Growth We support continuous professional development through training, certifications, and exposure to large scale international projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution Manage civil engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metSite Supervision Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulationsDesign Review Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and calculations to ensure accuracy and feasibilityContract and Vendor Coordination Work with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveryQuality Assurance Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to maintain high construction standardsRisk Management Identify potential risks and develop solutions to prevent delays or cost overrunsReporting Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for stakeholders and managementWhat We Are Looking ForExperience Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with strong exposure to infrastructure or large scale construction projectsEducation Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and engineering design standardsSoftware Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools is preferredLeadership Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and coordinate multiple stakeholdersCommunication Strong communication skills in English are requiredMindset Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of solving complex engineering challenges under pressureBenefitsالراتب المدفوع: QAR٢١٬٠٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل ساعةموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
