Key Responsibilities

Project Execution
Manage civil engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Site Supervision
Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations

Design Review
Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and calculations to ensure accuracy and feasibility

Contract and Vendor Coordination
Work with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

Quality Assurance
Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to maintain high construction standards

Risk Management
Identify potential risks and develop solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns

Reporting
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for stakeholders and management

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with strong exposure to infrastructure or large scale construction projects

Education
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and engineering design standards

Software
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools is preferred

Leadership
Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and coordinate multiple stakeholders

Communication
Strong communication skills in English are required

Mindset
Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of solving complex engineering challenges under pressure
