Marketing:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the organization&rsquo;s services, products, or events.</li><li>Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, content, ads).</li><li>Collaborate with the design/content team to create brochures, posters, videos, and other promotional material.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.</li><li>Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase visibility.</li><li>Track and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead generation).</li></ul>Public Relations (PR):<ul><li>Draft press releases, media kits, and public statements.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Handle PR crises and maintain a positive public image of the organization.</li><li>Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media coverage for events.</li><li>Develop storytelling campaigns to highlight success stories, achievements, and initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications (preferred).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Creativity with an eye for design and detail.</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and PR techniques.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and networking skills.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strategic thinking</li><li>Content creation &amp; storytelling</li><li>Brand management</li><li>Media relations</li><li>Event management</li><li>Analytical and reporting skills</li></ul>Important:This is a stipend-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months.
