3D Animator – Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Animator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animation and a solid understanding of character animation, motion graphics, and various 3D software tools. This role involves creating visually stunning animations that bring characters and scenes to life, contributing to projects across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D animations for characters and environments using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute animation sequences that align with project goals.
• Utilize tools such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, and ZBrush to create detailed models and animations.
• Implement motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
• Participate in post-production processes including video editing and color correction.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy, color theory, typography, and graphic design to enhance animation quality.
• Write scripts in C#, Python, or C++ to automate tasks or improve animation workflows.
• Maintain organized project files using version control systems like Perforce.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.

Experience and Skills Required

• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Strong understanding of character animation principles and motion graphics techniques.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (C#, Python, or C++) for task automation is preferred.
• Experience in post-production processes including video editing is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of digital art principles, including anatomy, photography, and illustration techniques.
• Prior experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.

Compensation

The selected candidate will be compensated cumulatively after six (6) months of successful completion of assigned projects and deliverables. This ensures performance-based evaluation and fair remuneration for contributions during the engagement period.
