Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Medical Informatics Officers to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our IT team for digital healthcare solution development and support US-based physicians for system implementation and training. This role requires strong medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international environment.Roles, Responsibilities, &amp; Authorities: <ul><li>Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enhance healthcare technology solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with US-based physicians to implement and customize systems as per their requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct system training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide medical insights and feedback during solution development to align technology with clinical workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the accuracy and compliance of clinical content within the solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues reported by users.</li></ul><ul><li>Act as a liaison between the IT team and medical professionals to bridge the gap between technology and clinical needs.</li></ul>Competence Criteria: <ul><li>Educational Qualification: MBBS degree.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical informatics, or related fields.</li></ul><ul><li>Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both verbal and written.</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Skills: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with international stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare practices.</li></ul><ul><li>A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Medical Informatics Officer

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.</li><li>Map existing business processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions to boost productivity and cut costs.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, functional requirements, and project scope.</li><li>Create detailed business requirements, process models, user stories, and reports to effectively communicate findings to technical and business teams.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business goals and project objectives.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills</li><li>Collaboration and influence to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders</li></ul>Required qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the healthcare or health-tech sector.</li><li>Working knowledge of US Healthcare systems, clinical workflows, or health plan operations.</li><li>Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology and tools like Jira.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare data standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
