The factory manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. (Preferably in chemical or agriculture pesticide company)</li><li>Age limit: Maximum 45 Years</li></ul>The selected candidate will be provided with a market-competitive salary and company benefits package. Job PurposeTo manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and organizational productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers in candidate evaluation.</li><li>Maintain and update the company&rsquo;s CV database and talent pipeline.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.</li><li>Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.</li><li>Ensure timely hiring to meet organizational staffing needs.</li></ul>Employee Engagement<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Organize celebrations and awareness activities such as Independence Day, Women&rsquo;s Day, Health Awareness Days, and other company events.</li><li>Coordinate employee birthday celebrations, recognition activities, and appreciation initiatives.</li><li>Arrange employee gifts, festive giveaways, and appreciation tokens on special occasions.</li><li>Support HR in organizing team-building activities and employee events.</li></ul>QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in HR, specifically talent acquisition and OD.Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Candidate screening and interviewing skills</li><li>Organizational and coordination abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments</li><li>Event coordination and employee engagement skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools</li></ul>Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
