Factory Manager

Job description:

United Distributors Pakistan Limited, a leading agriculture pesticide & Fertilizer Company is actively looking for Factory Manager. The factory manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership to optimize plant performance, manage cross-functional teams, and support business growth through operational excellence.

Eligibility:

• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations, preferably in agrochemicals, chemicals, or related industry
• Proven experience in managing factory operations and teams
• EHQC Supervision
• 7 to 10 years of plant & production process handling experience. (Preferably in chemical or agriculture pesticide company)
• Age limit: Maximum 45 Years

The selected candidate will be provided with a market-competitive salary and company benefits package. The candidates residing in Karachi and having experience in plant & production facilities of the chemical or agricultur industry will be preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
