 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field
 
 
 &bull; 6-8 years of experience in sustainability management, ESG reporting, and carbon management
 
 
 &bull; Technical knowledge of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory (Scope 1, 2, 3) calculation and verification processes
 
 
 &bull; Advanced knowledge of IMO and EU maritime &amp; decarbonization regulations
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in CSRD, ESRS, GRI, SASB, and TCFD reporting standards
 
 
 &bull; Experience with carbon markets (EU ETS), offsetting, and book &amp; claim mechanisms
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience managing ESG rating platforms (CDP, EcoVadis, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of alternative fuels (LNG, Methanol, Ammonia, Hydrogen) and green energy projects with a forward-looking mindset
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in written and spoken English
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical thinking and ability to build cross-functional collaboration
 
 
 &bull; Strong team player with effective collaboration and coordination skills
 
 
 &bull; Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders

 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Contribute to the development of the company&rsquo;s sustainability strategies and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
 
 
 &bull; Develop and follow up on decarbonization roadmaps and action plans in line with Net Zero targets
 
 
 &bull; Ensure full compliance with EU ETS requirements and prepare regular carbon market reports
 
 
 &bull; Monitor IMO and EU decarbonization regulations and manage end-to-end compliance processes
 
 
 &bull; Ensure accurate monitoring and verification of emissions data in coordination with relevant teams
 
 
 &bull; Manage carbon offsetting and emissions trading processes with a cost-efficiency perspective
 
 
 &bull; Lead CSRD and ESRS reporting processes and prepare the annual sustainability report in line with international standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate ESG disclosures and rating processes (CDP, EcoVadis, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with technical teams on energy efficiency and alternative fuel projects
 
 
 &bull; Manage sectoral collaborations such as green ports and green corridors
 
 
 &bull; Identify and manage EU and national funding/grant opportunities and application processes
 
 
 &bull; Evaluate supply chain sustainability and develop improvement initiatives
 
 
 &bull; Drive internal awareness and collaboration across operations, finance, legal, and IT teams
