Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle complete maintenance operations independently during the shift.</li><li>Induction furnaces, Moulding machines, Sand plant equipment, Compressors</li><li>Material handling systems</li><li>Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform timely repairs.</li><li>Monitor machinery performance and take corrective action to avoid downtime.</li><li>Ensure shift documentation, including maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and daily activity updates.</li><li>Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operation.</li><li>Follow all safety standards and ensure safe work practices.</li><li>Support continuous improvement activities in the maintenance department.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in maintenance within a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.</li><li>Ability to handle breakdowns independently.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in rotational shifts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
