Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete maintenance operations independently during the shift.
- Induction furnaces, Moulding machines, Sand plant equipment, Compressors
- Material handling systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform timely repairs.
- Monitor machinery performance and take corrective action to avoid downtime.
- Ensure shift documentation, including maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and daily activity updates.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow all safety standards and ensure safe work practices.
- Support continuous improvement activities in the maintenance department.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years’ experience in maintenance within a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
- Ability to handle breakdowns independently.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
