Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete maintenance operations independently during the shift.
• Induction furnaces, Moulding machines, Sand plant equipment, Compressors
• Material handling systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform timely repairs.
• Monitor machinery performance and take corrective action to avoid downtime.
• Ensure shift documentation, including maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and daily activity updates.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Follow all safety standards and ensure safe work practices.
• Support continuous improvement activities in the maintenance department.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–5 years’ experience in maintenance within a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
• Ability to handle breakdowns independently.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
