Ultimate Business System Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic Billing Executive to join our team!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and manage accurate invoices for SaaS subscriptions (monthly/quarterly/annual/usage-based), including GST, discounts, credits, and adjustments.</li><li>Track outstanding invoices, follow up for timely payments, and update payment status in the system.</li><li>Reconcile invoices with collections, manage AR records, and support month-end closures.</li><li>Handle subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and ensure billing alignment with approved terms.</li><li>Respond to customer billing queries, resolve disputes, and share statements of accounts.</li><li>Maintain accurate billing data, documentation, and audit-ready records.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports: billing, collections, ageing, and revenue summaries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, invoicing standards, and internal policies.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Support, and IT teams and suggest process improvements.</li></ul>Key Skills Required: <ul><li>Hands-on experience with billing or accounting software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of SaaS subscription billing and payment cycles.</li><li>Ability to manage follow-ups and handle customer conversations professionally</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>6 months to 1.5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance.</li><li>Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based company preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing compliance is an advantage.</li></ul>Apply Now: divyabharti.baraskar@superwork.com | Connect with us: 9081637775Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
