Our culture is creative, collaborative, and a little bit beachy: we care about strategy, storytelling, and results just as much as beautiful visuals.Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, organized Part-Time Social Media Manager to help plan, create, and manage content primarily across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for both Seagrove Marketing and our roster of clients.This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves digital trends, understands how to turn raw content into compelling posts, and enjoys engaging with online communities. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for planning and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance to increase visibility, engagement, and brand loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Create, edit, and publish engaging content (captions, graphics, carousels, Reels, and TikToks) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</li><li>Repurpose photo and video assets from our production team into platform-optimized content.</li><li>Build and maintain content calendars for Seagrove Marketing and client accounts.</li></ul>Platform Management<ul><li>Ensure timely, consistent posting across platforms in line with each client&rsquo;s strategy and goals.</li><li>Assist in uploading and organizing assets in shared folders and project management tools.</li></ul>Community Engagement<ul><li>Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms.</li><li>Respond in a friendly, on-brand voice, and escalate important messages or leads to the internal team.</li><li>Help nurture engaged communities around our clients&rsquo; brands.</li></ul>Trend Monitoring<ul><li>Stay current on social media trends, audio, formats, and algorithm updates&mdash;especially on Instagram and TikTok.</li><li>Proactively suggest ideas for Reels/TikToks and campaigns that align with client goals and current trends.</li></ul>Performance Analysis<ul><li>Track and report on basic KPIs (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, etc.) using tools such as Meta Business Suite and platform-native analytics.</li><li>Provide simple insights and recommendations to improve content performance over time.</li></ul>Brand Consistency<ul><li>Ensure all content, captions, and responses align with each client&rsquo;s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging guidelines.</li><li>Follow internal style guides and templates while still bringing creative ideas to the table.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with our founder and creative team (photo/video production, designers, and strategists) to execute cohesive campaigns.</li><li>Participate in occasional virtual check-in meetings to align on priorities and deliverables.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience in social media management or a similar role (agency or multi-brand experience is a plus).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok best practices.</li><li>Confident writer with a knack for catchy hooks, clear captions, and on-brand tone.</li><li>Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva (Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut or similar video editing apps are a plus).</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.</li><li>Basic understanding of analytics and how to adjust content strategy based on what&rsquo;s working.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while communicating clearly with the team.</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in social media, marketing, and storytelling.</li><li>Bonus: Familiarity with tourism, local service-based businesses, or coastal/lifestyle brands.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your resume and a link to your portfolio or examples of social media accounts you&rsquo;ve managed to Rachel@seagrovemarketing.com with the subject line:&ldquo;Part-Time Social Media Manager &ndash; Seagrove Marketing&rdquo;Feel free to briefly introduce yourself in the email and share why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for a content-first, coastal-inspired marketing agency.Pay: $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 16.0 &ndash; 24.0 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459
