We value safety, reliability, and professionalism&mdash;if you&rsquo;re passionate about driving and delivering excellence, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles such as roll-off trucks with precision and adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Load, unload, and secure freight using appropriate equipment like forklifts when necessary.</li><li>Drive route-specific trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, or freight carriers to various destinations.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning of brakes, lights, tires, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, cargo details, and delivery documentation.</li><li>Follow all traffic laws and company policies while navigating urban or rural routes with manual transmission vehicles.</li><li>Assist with site setup or cleanup tasks related to material delivery or removal as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy-duty commercial vehicles in a professional setting.</li><li>Familiarity with different truck types including flatbeds, tankers, refrigerated trailers, and roll-off trucks.</li><li>Strong knowledge of route driving practices and load &amp; unload procedures for freight transportation.</li><li>Valid commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the vehicle type (e.g., manual transmission).</li><li>Experience with forklift operation is a plus for handling heavy loads safely on-site.</li><li>Prior delivery driver experience involving freight movement across multiple locations preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks independently.
