&middot; Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems&middot; Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for fire alarm and other systems&middot; Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker, panels, distribution boards, ATS panels etc.).&middot; Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components&middot; Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them&middot; Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.&middot; Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units&middot; Proven experience in reading, lay outing &amp; executional planning of electrical layout plans.&middot; Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.&middot; Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints&middot; Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines&middot; Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability&middot; Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts, overnight &amp; out of city when needed.&middot; Proven track record for accomplishing construction work activities.&middot; Working knowledge of construction phases.&middot; Work task recognition and applying good judgment.&middot; Advanced knowledge of general construction, especially electrical/mechanical systems.&middot; Delegate work tasks to appropriate members of the workforce.&middot; Effectively utilize all construction tools, including technology in construction.&middot; Identify and mitigate personality conflicts on the worksite.&middot; Communicate to a diversified workforce.&middot; Listen to feedback given by managers on timelines and deliverables.&middot; Adjust to unforeseen variables.&middot; Maintain health &amp; safety standards on &amp; off site.&middot; Prepare daily, weekly &amp; monthly progress reports with project execution up to date images for clients.&middot; Coordinate with the project coordinator/line manager to provide the needed supplies.&middot; Assist project coordinator/line manager in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork.&middot; Assist in maintaining records of all data and project costs.&middot; Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.* Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician* Construction Electrician related experience will be preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs32,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
