HVAC Project Supervisor

• The HVAC Supervisor oversee the installation, maintenance, and repairing of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial and industrial building, They lead a team of technicians, ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget., and coordinate with concerned department as needed.
• Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair activities; maintain records and files; prepare reports in MS Office.
• Supervise HVAC technicians , Plan and schedule HVAC projects, including installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for HVAC project s in coordination with procurement department.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Train new technicians and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Maintain accurate records, of work performed, including maintenance schedules, equipment inventory, and service reports.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and provide timely resolutions.
• Able to work in Shifts (Day+Night) on call.
• Must have own smartphone
• Able to read drawings/layouts
• Able to handle and manage project documents.
• Have own bike with license
• Experience : Proven experience as an HVAC technician with at least 15 years of experience in a relevant field
• Solid understanding of HVAC codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Education:
• Minimum graduate
• Certification from a recognised HVAC institution or Organisation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
