Job Description

We are looking for a Cleanroom Operations Supervisor to manage and supervise aseptic laboratory operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling autoclave operations and performing inoculation work under laminar flow hoods, ensuring strict hygiene and contamination-free procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autoclaves for sterilization of media, tools, and materials
• Perform inoculation and culture handling under laminar flow hood
• Supervise cleanroom hygiene, gowning, and aseptic protocols
• Ensure proper sterilization cycles, documentation, and log maintenance
• Identify and prevent contamination issues
• Train and guide junior lab staff in cleanroom best practices
• Maintain SOP compliance and laboratory discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working in a cleanroom or aseptic lab environment
• Practical knowledge of laminar flow hood operations
• Experience handling autoclaves (loading, cycles, safety)
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and contamination control
• Background in microbiology, biotechnology, mycology, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to supervise staff and enforce laboratory standards

Preferred Experience

• Mushroom spawn lab, tissue culture lab, or microbiology lab experience
• Familiarity with SOPs, batch records, and lab documentation

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
