Ac Technician

Job Role:

1. Reporting and under supervision of Assistant manager / coordinator.

2. Responsible to repair and maintenance of all defective HVAC equipment arrived at SHY HVAC workshop.

3. Responsible to replace the acs and other items which are problematic for all company locations.

4. Installation of new or used acs against the jobs issued by PPC.

5. Furnishing of all HVAC related items (Acs, Refrigerators, Deep Freezer, Water Dispenser, Ice machine etc) as described issued PPC jobs.

6. When the job issued by PPC, then study carefully and prepare item and materials to process MRs.

7. Responsible to demand of required materials for repairing / maintenance of all HVAC items.

8. Responsible to care the tools and machines using for work activities.

9. Report immediately if any equipment not repairable and then process to scrape that item.

10. All activity perform, Job card must fill and submit to coordinator.

11. Responsible to arrange PDI by QC representative and close all pointed out errors immediately.

12. Shifting materials and appliances to and from workshop ,engineering store and RSP/CMMD cabins.

13. Ensure to use all PPEs and follow rules as per company HSE policy.

14. Responsible to shift all declared scrape items from workshop area to scrap yard.

15. Responsible to keep workshop neat and clean.

16. Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCAP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.

Qualification

· Matric or Diploma (HVAC)

Experience

· Minimum2 to 3 years of experience preferable in same job role
