Location: Onsite – Lahore, Pakistan

Working Hours:

• Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Salary: Up to PKR 60,000

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technician to support daily IT operations and provide first-level technical assistance to internal teams. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational IT knowledge who want hands-on experience in system support, hardware troubleshooting, and basic network operations in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• Assist with user account setup, email configuration, and access permissions
• Troubleshoot basic Windows system, internet, and connectivity issues
• Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and handover
• Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required
• Ensure proper usage and security of company IT resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in an IT technician or IT support role
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications
• Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking concepts
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)

• Experience with basic remote support tools
• Familiarity with IT asset management practices
• Basic understanding of IT security best practices
