 About the Role:

 Unacademy is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support
 </li>
 <li>
 our content and quality teams for a short-term engagement of 30&ndash;45 days. This role is ideal
 </li>
 <li>
 for someone who enjoys consuming digital content, has a keen eye for detail and wants to
 </li>
 <li>
 gain exposure to how content is reviewed and optimized at India&rsquo;s largest learning platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will play an important role in ensuring that video content meets platform guidelines and
 </li>
 <li>
 delivers a focused, high-quality learning experience to millions of students.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review recorded educational video sessions carefully
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate logs and reports of timestamps and observations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal content, editorial and social media teams as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely completion of assigned video reviews
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Good listening and comprehension skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Freshers, recent graduates &amp; final year students are welcome
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and patience to review long-form content
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic familiarity with digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram and other online educational apps
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents or internal tools for reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in content review, moderation or social media is a plus but not mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Must bring your own laptop and headphones.
 </li>

 to support and scale paid acquisition initiatives across Unacademy&rsquo;s growth ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with
 
 data, dashboards, experimentation, and optimization
 
 and wants to grow in large-scale performance marketing.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Work On
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze and optimize campaigns across
 
 Google, Meta, YouTube &amp; programmatic channels
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track metrics such as
 
 CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates &amp; revenue
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain
 
 daily/weekly performance dashboards and MIS reports
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Support
 
 A/B testing, creative performance analysis, and funnel optimization
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Creative &amp; Product teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience in
 
 Performance Marketing / Growth Analytics
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with
 
 Excel / Google Sheets
 
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and a data-first mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a
 
 fast-paced, high-ownership
 
 environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong academic background;
 
 graduates from Tier-1 / premier institutes are preferred
 
 </li>
