 About the Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Performance Marketing Analyst
 
 to support and scale paid acquisition initiatives across Unacademy&rsquo;s growth ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with
 
 data, dashboards, experimentation, and optimization
 
 and wants to grow in large-scale performance marketing.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Work On
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze and optimize campaigns across
 
 Google, Meta, YouTube &amp; programmatic channels
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track metrics such as
 
 CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates &amp; revenue
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain
 
 daily/weekly performance dashboards and MIS reports
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Support
 
 A/B testing, creative performance analysis, and funnel optimization
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Creative &amp; Product teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience in
 
 Performance Marketing / Growth Analytics
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with
 
 Excel / Google Sheets
 
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and a data-first mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a
 
 fast-paced, high-ownership
 
 environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong academic background;
 
 graduates from Tier-1 / premier institutes are preferred
 
 </li>

 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 As a Legal Intern, you will get hands-on experience working on real-world legal matters and contribute to the growth of a dynamic EdTech company. Your responsibilities may include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, agreements, and NDAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting legal research and providing support on regulatory and compliance matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the Legal team in day-to-day operations and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal queries
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Law (LLB, BA.LLB or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and ability to work independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of corporate, IP, and contract law is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for EdTech and fast-paced startup environments
 </li>
