Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping brands of tomorrow.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding, digital marketing, and website development services.</li><li>Understand client requirements and pitch customized branding and marketing solutions.</li><li>Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up and lead nurturing.</li><li>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts to clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and excellent service.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (branding, design, digital marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects post-sale.</li><li>Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 0 - 1 years of sales experience in branding, digital marketing, or creative agencies preferred.</li><li>Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li><li>Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive in approach.</li></ul>Bonus Points:<ul><li>Familiarity with digital marketing services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Content Marketing, etc.</li><li>Understanding of branding components such as naming, logo design, identity creation, packaging, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to work with top-tier clients and grow with a fast-scaling agency.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,566.43 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
