<div><div><b>Primary Purpose of Position</b></div>
<div>This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director and staff of the Center for Wellness Promotion (CWP). The role is responsible for coordinating a broad range of administrative, business, financial, and customer service functions that support the daily operations of the department. Duties include financial administration, business process management, records management, inventory tracking, student employee administration, payroll support, event coordination assistance, and departmental communications.</div>

<div><div>The position serves as a key resource for the department by:<br>
</div><ul><li>Managing departmental financial transactions.</li>
<li>Processing travel authorizations and reimbursements.</li>
<li>Coordinating student hiring and personnel-related actions.</li>

<li>Maintaining departmental databases and operational records.</li>
<li>Assisting with the planning and execution of departmental programs, events, and initiatives.</li>
