This role ensures that every item is properly scanned, tracked, billed, and accounted for while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The Warehouse Supervisor directly supports the Operations and Moving Teams by managing supplies, equipment, and storage accounts with precision, accountability, and leadership.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory &amp; Storage Management<ul><li>Use the Warehouse Inventory Management System to scan all items in and out.</li><li>Maintain full control of all storage accounts and ensure billing accuracy.</li><li>Track, log, and reconcile storage vaults, crates, and items daily.</li><li>Conduct regular cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits.</li></ul>2. Supplies &amp; Materials Control<ul><li>Maintain inventory of packing materials, equipment, and supplies.</li><li>Ensure all supplies are billed to the correct job or storage account.</li><li>Monitor supply levels and reorder proactively.</li><li>Prevent waste, shrinkage, or unbilled material use.</li></ul>3. Truck &amp; Equipment Accountability<ul><li>Ensure all trucks are stocked daily with pads, straps, dollies, and safety equipment.</li><li>Work with drivers to confirm all equipment and materials are returned daily.</li><li>Conduct truck inspections with the Operations team.</li><li>Log and report missing or damaged equipment immediately.</li></ul>4. Storage Account Oversight<ul><li>Maintain detailed customer storage records (inventory, billing, payment status).</li><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound storage moves with Operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with customer authorizations, insurance, and liability standards.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Enter accurate notes in SmartMoving for all inventory and supply transactions.</li><li>Generate weekly reports on storage billing, supply usage, and costs.</li><li>Track and communicate discrepancies to management promptly.</li></ul>6. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce warehouse safety procedures (OSHA, DOT, and company policies).</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse.</li><li>Train crew members on proper handling, stacking, and storage procedures.</li></ul>7.
