Inventory &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Maintain and monitor inventory of DG spare parts, consumables, and tools.</li><li>Regularly update stock levels and ensure optimal availability.</li><li>Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.</li></ul>2. Procurement Coordination<ul><li>Prepare purchase requests for required DG materials and spare parts.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely supply.</li></ul>3. Material Issuing &amp; Tracking<ul><li>Issue materials to service engineers and project teams based on job requirements.</li><li>Track material usage, returns, and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Maintain job-wise and project-wise material consumption records.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain updated records of GRN, stock reports, and delivery challans.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly material movement and stock reports.</li><li>Assist in preparing estimates for DG service, overhaul, and project installations.</li></ul>5. Coordination With Service &amp; Project Teams<ul><li>Coordinate with DG service engineers for spare part requirements.</li><li>Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of installation materials.</li><li>Update service teams about critical or delayed items.</li></ul>6. Vendor &amp; Logistics Handling<ul><li>Coordinate with logistics personnel for dispatch and receipt of materials.</li><li>Maintain vendor contact list and track performance (delivery time, quality, price).</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of DG parts (batteries, filters, alternator parts, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in materials coordination/inventory management (preferably in DG/Power sector).</li><li>Good understanding of DG spare parts and components (training can be provided).</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory software, and documentation.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work with service and project teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
