Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records
- Manage statutory compliances: PF, ESI & Professional Tax
- Coordinate payroll processing and handle employee queries
- Support day-to-day finance activities, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Assist in accounting entries and coordination with auditors/consultants
- Manage office administration and statutory documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance
- Mandatory knowledge of PF, ESI & Professional Tax compliance
- Experience in payroll processing
- Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Female candidates preferred
- Kochi local candidates preferred
