 Your Role
 
 
 
 As an Administration Executive, you will:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and maintain occupancy records for company-provided staff accommodation, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate employee medical examinations, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related documentation for technicians and staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update employee records, administrative files, and company documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, process, and track administrative documents, letters, and reports as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely completion of administrative activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative resources to support daily operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in implementing and maintaining administrative policies, procedures, and record-keeping systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general administrative support to the HR, Operations, and Project teams to ensure smooth business operations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 2+ years
 
 of experience in administration, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development industry in the UAE.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is required
