Uniestate Properties LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Administration Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate office administration, maintain records and documentation, support cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient administrative processes that contribute to the smooth operation of the company's real estate development activities.

Your Role

As an Administration Executive, you will:

• Monitor and maintain occupancy records for company-provided staff accommodation, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting.
• Coordinate employee medical examinations, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related documentation for technicians and staff.
• Maintain and update employee records, administrative files, and company documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
• Prepare, process, and track administrative documents, letters, and reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely completion of administrative activities.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative resources to support daily operations.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining administrative policies, procedures, and record-keeping systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR, Operations, and Project teams to ensure smooth business operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development industry in the UAE.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is required
