As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and seamless logistics processes. You&rsquo;ll be part of a fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and process improvement are at the forefront of everything we do.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform daily warehouse distribution tasks, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control to maintain optimal flow of materials.</li><li>Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse.</li><li>Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems like AS400 to ensure accurate stock levels.</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational efficiency and implementing best practices aligned with lean management principles.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate logistics activities, including shipping &amp; receiving, order picking, packing, and loading.</li><li>Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols during all operations, including heavy lifting and mechanical equipment use.</li><li>Contribute to warehouse operations by participating in cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement projects to optimize distribution center performance.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn.</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping &amp; receiving, and materials handling is advantageous.</li><li>Experience operating forklift or other material handling equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills for managerial communication and team leadership roles as you progress into supervisory positions.</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, Microsoft Office applications, and logistics software such as AS400 enhances your effectiveness in this role.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge or experience with mechanical tools can be beneficial for supporting equipment maintenance tasks.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL distribution hubs.</li></ul>Embark on your journey with us today&mdash;where your dedication can lead to meaningful growth opportunities into leadership roles!
