</div><div><b>Position Overview</b><br>
</div><div>We are seeking an <b>Assistant Director of Accounts</b> to take ownership of customer accounts and partner performance across multiple markets. This role is responsible for ensuring <b>SOP compliance, service execution, and continuous improvement</b> across all assigned hubs and partners.<br>
</div><div>You will act as a key liaison between ULG, our partners, and our clients&mdash;driving accountability, resolving operational challenges in real time, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.<br>
</div><div><b>Core Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Oversee <b>day-to-day performance of all assigned accounts and hubs</b><br>
</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to <b>ULG SOPs, client-specific requirements, and service standards</b><br>
</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with <b>delivery partners, warehouse teams, and clients</b><br>
</li>Proactively identify and resolve operational issues (delivery exceptions, damages, delays, capacity constraints)<br>
<li>
</li><li>Review and analyze <b>account performance reports, scorecards, and KPIs</b><br>
</li><li>Monitor <b>POD compliance (photos, signatures, documentation accuracy)</b><br>
</li><li>Manage and improve <b>customer satisfaction survey results</b><br>
</li><li>Train partners and teams on <b>process improvements, SOP updates, and service expectations</b><br>
</li>Support onboarding of new partners and ongoing partner development<br>
<li>
</li>Coordinate closely with internal teams (dispatch, billing, claims, and operations leadership)<br>

</li></ul><div><b>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</b><br>
</div><div>Success in this role will be measured by the ability to consistently meet and improve the following:<br>
</div><ul><li><b>On-Time Delivery (OTD):</b>  95%<br>
</li><li><b>Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance:</b>  98%<br>
</li><li><b>Claims/Damage Rate:</b>  2% (continuous reduction expected)<br>
</li><li><b>POD Compliance (Photos &amp; Signatures):</b>  99%<br>
</li><li><b>Customer Satisfaction / Survey Scores:</b> Target client benchmarks (improvement-focused)<br>
</li><li><b>Delivery Exception Resolution Time:</b> Same-day or within SLA window<br>
</li><li><b>Partner Scorecard Performance:</b> Consistent upward trend across all assigned hubs<br>
</li><li><b>Capacity &amp; Coverage Stability:</b> No service disruptions across assigned markets<br>
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Minimum <b>3+ years of experience</b> in logistics, final-mile delivery, account management, or operations leadership<br>
</li><li>Proven success managing <b>multi-location accounts or partner networks</b> (references required)<br>
</li><li>Strong understanding of <b>white-glove delivery, last-mile operations, and warehouse flow</b><br>
</li><li>Ability to <b>analyze data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions</b><br>
</li><li>Experience managing <b>KPIs, scorecards, and client-facing performance metrics</b><br>
</li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations<br>

</li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills<br>

</li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously<br>
