This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, coordination, and documentation, ensuring marketing activities are well-managed, data-informed, and aligned with business goals.The ideal candidate is process-driven, comfortable working with AI-powered tools, has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and possesses an eye for design and documentation quality.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations &amp; Execution<ul><li>Support end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of client projects.</li><li>Manage and track marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables.</li></ul>AI-Driven Marketing<ul><li>Leverage AI tools for marketing insights, content support, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Assist in adopting and optimizing AI-led processes across marketing functions.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage and coordinate social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.</li><li>Support content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking in alignment with brand guidelines.</li></ul>Client &amp; Internal Coordination<ul><li>Act as a key coordination point between clients, internal teams, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure clear communication, follow-ups, and alignment on deliverables and expectations.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Management<ul><li>Create and maintain project documentation, marketing plans, and internal trackers.</li><li>Develop and document case studies showcasing project outcomes, insights, and results.</li><li>Support preparation and maintenance of SOWs (Statements of Work), design agreements, and related documents.</li></ul>Design &amp; Brand Sensibility<ul><li>Work closely with design teams, providing inputs and feedback with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.</li><li>Ensure all marketing assets align with Unikwan&rsquo;s visual and brand standards.</li></ul>Content, SEO &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Support newsletter planning, coordination, and execution.</li><li>Assist with SEO initiatives, including content coordination and basic optimization practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Capabilities<ul><li>Strong understanding of marketing operations and processes</li><li>Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and workflows</li><li>Hands-on exposure to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills</li><li>Strong documentation skills (project docs, case studies, SOWs)</li><li>Eye for design, layout, and brand consistency</li><li>Familiarity with newsletters, SEO, and digital content workflows</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience working with agencies, startups, or consulting environments</li><li>Basic understanding of analytics and marketing performance metrics</li><li>Exposure to design tools or CMS platforms</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
