Role Overview

Unikwan is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Operations professional to support and streamline our marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, coordination, and documentation, ensuring marketing activities are well-managed, data-informed, and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, comfortable working with AI-powered tools, has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and possesses an eye for design and documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Execution

  • Support end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Manage and track marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables.

AI-Driven Marketing

  • Leverage AI tools for marketing insights, content support, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in adopting and optimizing AI-led processes across marketing functions.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and coordinate social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Support content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking in alignment with brand guidelines.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Act as a key coordination point between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure clear communication, follow-ups, and alignment on deliverables and expectations.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain project documentation, marketing plans, and internal trackers.
  • Develop and document case studies showcasing project outcomes, insights, and results.
  • Support preparation and maintenance of SOWs (Statements of Work), design agreements, and related documents.

Design & Brand Sensibility

  • Work closely with design teams, providing inputs and feedback with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Ensure all marketing assets align with Unikwan’s visual and brand standards.

Content, SEO & Outreach

  • Support newsletter planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Assist with SEO initiatives, including content coordination and basic optimization practices.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and processes
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and workflows
  • Hands-on exposure to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills (project docs, case studies, SOWs)
  • Eye for design, layout, and brand consistency
  • Familiarity with newsletters, SEO, and digital content workflows
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with agencies, startups, or consulting environments
  • Basic understanding of analytics and marketing performance metrics
  • Exposure to design tools or CMS platforms
