Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, support financial reporting, and guide the finance function as the company grows. This role includes light client and supplier interaction, so clear and confident communication is important. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate financial records</li><li>Supervise invoicing, collections, payments, and general ledger entries</li><li>Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes</li><li>Review bank reconciliations and month-end / quarter-end closing</li><li>Prepare management reports and support budgeting and cash-flow monitoring</li><li>Facilitate external audits and tax filing in coordination with external advisors</li><li>Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payments</li><li>Requirements</li><li>Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance</li><li>4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including month-end closing</li><li>Strong experience with accounting software (Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar)</li><li>Solid understanding of core accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to work independently and reliably</li></ul>Work SetupWhat We Offer<ul><li>Fully remote (work from home)</li><li>Dedicated workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and suitable computer required</li><li>Availability during Australian business hours</li><li>Permanent remote role in a flexible working environment</li><li>Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Training and exposure to modern cloud accounting and digital business platforms</li><li>Opportunity to work with international clients and grow into a senior finance leadership path</li></ul>Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Finance: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
