Finance Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, support financial reporting, and guide the finance function as the company grows. This role includes light client and supplier interaction, so clear and confident communication is important.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate financial records
• Supervise invoicing, collections, payments, and general ledger entries
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Review bank reconciliations and month-end / quarter-end closing
• Prepare management reports and support budgeting and cash-flow monitoring
• Facilitate external audits and tax filing in coordination with external advisors
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payments
• Requirements
• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including month-end closing
• Strong experience with accounting software (Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar)
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently and reliably

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
