Job Summary:

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Finance Manager for a prestigious client in the Event Management industry. The ideal candidate will lead finance and accounting operations, oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage overall finance and accounting operations

* Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts

* Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning

* Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and statutory requirements

* Monitor costing, financial analysis, and internal controls

* Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

* Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

* Mentor and develop the finance team

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

* CA Inter, ACCA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred

* 5–8 years of relevant experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role

* Experience in Event Management, Manufacturing, Production, or Entertainment industry preferred

* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and ERP systems

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
