Finance/Accounts Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Finance/Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, transparency, and efficiency in all financial matters while providing strategic financial support to the management.

Key Requirements

• CA or ACCA qualified (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with reputed organizations dealing in multiple domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, Taxation, and financial reporting.
• Strong experience in financial management, internal controls, and statutory audits.
• Ability to commute to Islamabad or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial management operations including cash management, fixed assets, accounts receivable and payable, monthly financial closing, and finalization of annual statutory audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in line with the approved budget. Obtain necessary approvals for any unbudgeted expenses.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Identify operational and financial risks by reviewing internal processes and implement robust internal controls to mitigate them.
• Ensure strict compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Support operational teams in developing cost optimization strategies and rationalizing expenses.
• Authorize payments and ensure timely bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and other key account reconciliations.
• Manage and monitor cash, inventory, and receivables with strict adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance & accounts team to maintain high performance and professional standards.
