Assistant Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and working capital requirements.
• Review reconciliations of bank accounts, vendors, customers, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, or ACCA (Qualified/Part Qualified), CA (Finalist/Part Qualified), CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs145,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
