Job Summary: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing outstanding guest service in a high-energy event settings. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about a wide range of beverages, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with venue recipes and standards.</li><li>Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, responding promptly, and engaging with a professional and positive attitude.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and products are stocked and properly stored.</li><li>Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.</li><li>Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations for events as needed.</li><li>Contribute to a team-oriented environment and support fellow staff members.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting (banquet, event, or beach club experience a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage trends.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-specific dates.
