Bartender Banquet

Job Summary:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing outstanding guest service in a high-energy event settings. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about a wide range of beverages, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with venue recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, responding promptly, and engaging with a professional and positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and products are stocked and properly stored.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations for events as needed.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and support fellow staff members.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting (banquet, event, or beach club experience a plus).
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-specific dates. Weekdays a plus

Wage:

• Competitive shift pay + tips

Job Type: Part-time
