Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities Operation: Starting, running, and adjusting machinery like lathes, mills, injection molding machines, or forklifts. Setup &amp; Calibration: Preparing equipment by aligning and calibrating it for specific tasks. Monitoring: Checking machine performance, output quality, and efficiency during production. Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs (like oil changes). Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet standards.
