Our clients include leading developers and major brands, and we are committed to quality, innovation, and on-time project delivery.We are currently looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client portfolio and market presence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sector</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project managers, developers, and clients</li><li>Generate leads and convert them into secured projects</li><li>Prepare and present company profiles, capability statements, and proposals</li><li>Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams during tendering stages</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects</li><li>Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals</li><li>Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development within the fit-out and interior design.</li><li>Strong network in Qatar&rsquo;s Fit-out and real estate market</li><li>Proven track record of securing fit-out projects</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field</li><li>Valid QID and driving license</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li><li>Career development opportunities</li></ul>If you are ambitious, well-connected, and ready to drive growth in a competitive market, we would love to hear from you.Apply now with your CV and portfolio of secured projects.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR15,000.00 per month
