We are currently looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client portfolio and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project managers, developers, and clients
• Generate leads and convert them into secured projects
• Prepare and present company profiles, capability statements, and proposals
• Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams during tendering stages
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development within the fit-out and interior design.
• Strong network in Qatar’s Fit-out and real estate market
• Proven track record of securing fit-out projects
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Valid QID and driving license
