We are currently looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client portfolio and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project managers, developers, and clients
Generate leads and convert them into secured projects
Prepare and present company profiles, capability statements, and proposals
Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams during tendering stages
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals
Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development within the fit-out and interior design.
Strong network in Qatar’s Fit-out and real estate market
Proven track record of securing fit-out projects
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Valid QID and driving license
