Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of residential buildings.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure smooth functioning of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and maintain DG (Diesel Generator) sets for uninterrupted power supply.</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) maintenance activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor utility consumption and ensure energy-efficient operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage vendor contracts and supervise housekeeping, security, and facility staff.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and submit daily reports on activities and operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare monthly reports and presentations (PPT) for management review.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain strong technical oversight across all systems, ensuring high standards of operational efficiency.</li></ul>Required Technical Knowledge:<ul><li>Operation and maintenance of STP and WTP systems.</li></ul><ul><li>DG set operation, maintenance, and load management.</li></ul><ul><li>MEP systems knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of residential building operations and facility management best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering Electrical</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years experience in residential facility management.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership, problem solving, and vendor management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent technical knowledge and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
