Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our vibrant human resources team. In this role, you will spearhead talent acquisition efforts across various departments, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier candidates who align with our organizational values and goals. Your energetic approach will drive the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for diverse roles across the organization.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and leveraging HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or SAP.
  • Conduct thorough interviews focusing on technical recruiting skills, talent management capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
  • Manage employment contracts, employee orientation sessions, and employee evaluation processes to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Stay informed about employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities while maintaining positive employee relations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting within human resources or related fields, with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search.
  • Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or Salesforce; experience with HRIS systems like ADP or Kronos is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance during hiring processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in research and lead generation activities.
  • Experience in campus recruitment, employee orientation, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle internal recruiting processes and employee relations effectively.
