We specialize in LTL, FTL, Expedited freight and are partnered with UPS. Your energy, enthusiasm, and proactive approach will be essential in thriving within this fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outbound calling and personalized communication strategies</li><li>Coldcalling in person and over the phone</li><li>Full sales cycle - prospecting, running the meetings, closing</li><li>Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their objectives</li><li>Conduct data entry accurately to update client records, sales pipelines, and activity logs using Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction</li><li>Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling and client engagement</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written&mdash;with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively</li><li>Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data, assess client needs, and develop strategic solutions</li><li>Previous experience in a fast-paced environment involving customer service or coldcalling</li></ul>Join us as an Account Executive where your proactive attitude and dedication will help shape successful client relationships.
