Account Executive

We specialize in LTL, FTL, Expedited freight and are partnered with UPS. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outbound calling and personalized communication strategies
• Coldcalling in person and over the phone
• Full sales cycle - prospecting, running the meetings, closing
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their objectives
• Conduct data entry accurately to update client records, sales pipelines, and activity logs using Microsoft Office tools
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling and client engagement
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
• Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data, assess client needs, and develop strategic solutions
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment involving customer service or coldcalling
