Job Description<ul><li>Manage and maintain site documentation, including permits, approvals, and reports.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks such as employee records, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, site regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.</li><li>Oversee accommodation, transport, and welfare arrangements for site staff.</li><li>Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and site needs.</li><li>Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.</li><li>Address employee concerns and support HR functions related to the site.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for materials, equipment, and workforce.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment to the site.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and site personnel for smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate transport, accommodation, and site access for workers and visitors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and site-specific logistics regulations.</li><li>Handle emergency logistics requirements and troubleshoot delays.</li><li>Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to optimize supply chain operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site administration, preferably in oil &amp; gas projects.</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Strong knowledge of site operations, documentation, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and site management software.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a remote location with challenging site conditions</li><li>trong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and material handling.</li><li>Experience in managing transportation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.</li><li>Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in remote site conditions.</li><li>Ability to read and write Arabic</li></ul>Pay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
