Position Overview: 
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher/Office Clerk to join our team. This dual-role position involves coordinating service calls and providing general office support to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatcher Duties:<ul><li>
Receive and prioritize service requests from clients.</li><li>
Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with clients and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.</li></ul>
Office Clerk Duties:<ul><li>
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.</li><li>
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.</li><li>
Prepare and process service-related documentation.</li><li>
Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.</li><li>
Previous experience in dispatching or office administration, preferably in a mechanical or service-oriented environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
Preferred &ndash; Not Required Skills:<ul><li>
Understanding of mechanical systems in order to make appropriate decisions in scheduling all types of work.</li><li>
Knowledge of ValueBuilder accounting and service software.</li></ul>
