Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher/Office Clerk to join our team. This dual-role position involves coordinating service calls and providing general office support to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in dispatching or office administration, preferably in a mechanical or service-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred – Not Required Skills:
